How much does SENSES cost?

The weekly program fee starts from CHF 60,000. SENSES offers one- and two-week formats. Your written proposal confirms the total for the agreed duration, selected assessments and accommodation.

For couples, friends or family, the proposal identifies the program and accommodation costs for each participant and companion. A shared stay does not automatically mean a shared program fee. Private-villa arrangements are confirmed individually; a yacht-based program in Mallorca is quoted separately according to the yacht, itinerary, program requirements, and selected services.

The core program brings together medical intake, agreed assessments and interpretation, dedicated program coordination, a private residence, a personal chef, relevant daily routines and a written healthspan plan. The exact services and session frequency are confirmed before you decide.

External medical care, medication, special travel or security arrangements, companions, extensions and additional follow-up may involve separate costs. Ask for these to be itemized in your proposal.

The admissions process

How do you get started?

A first conversation

Discuss your health priorities, preferred dates and location, and whether you are coming individually, as a couple, with a friend, or with family.

Pre-arrival review

Each participating person has an individual suitability review. Relevant history and records are shared through the secure method provided by admissions.

An individual proposal

Review the program and accommodation arrangement for each person, selected assessments, included services, fees, and any additional costs.

Preparation and arrival

Confirm consent, payment, dates, the residence, travel arrangements, and what to expect in the first days.

Planning a shared stay

Make the arrangements
clear from the beginning.

Let us know who wishes to take part in a healthspan program and who will accompany them. We will discuss separate or shared rooms, private appointments, time together, and the needs of accompanying family members.

Each participating person’s suitability and program are considered individually. The proposal distinguishes program costs from accommodation, companion arrangements, and any additional services.

Insurance and payment

Can insurance contribute?

Programs are generally self-pay, and we do not work directly with insurers. You pay first. Relevant documentation can be provided for a later reimbursement request, but coverage and the amount reimbursed cannot be guaranteed.

Before confirming, review the payment schedule, cancellation terms, included services and possible additional costs in your written proposal.

Information for your first conversation

What should you share?

Your main health goals, preferred dates and location are enough to begin. Let admissions know who would like to participate in a program and who would accompany them.

Admissions will explain which medical history, medication details and previous results are needed for the review and how to send them securely. You do not need to send detailed health records with an initial inquiry.

Questions

Frequently asked questions.

Can I do the SENSES program on a yacht?

A yacht-based program may be arranged in Mallorca, subject to suitability and availability. Your proposal confirms the yacht, itinerary, program arrangements, any required onshore appointments, and additional costs. Private villas are also available as a residential option.

Who is SENSES designed for?

SENSES is a private healthspan program for medically stable people seeking a clearer understanding of their health, prevention priorities, restoration, resilience, and sustainable performance. An initial review confirms whether the program can meet your needs.

How much does a SENSES program cost?

The weekly fee starts from CHF 60,000. Your individual proposal confirms the total for one or two weeks, included assessments and services, and any companion or additional costs. See fees and planning.

Should I choose one week or two?

One week focuses on assessment, interpretation, and priorities. Two weeks adds time to implement and refine daily routines with support. The recommendation follows your needs, available information, and the agreed scope. Compare the formats.

Can I come alone, as a couple, with a friend, or with family?

Yes. SENSES can be arranged for one person or for people who choose to come together. Each participating person has an individual suitability review, assessment, and plan. Consultations and health information remain private unless you authorize sharing. Accompanying family members, room arrangements, dates, and fees are discussed before the stay.

How does a shared stay work?

You can share time together while following separate healthspan plans. Admissions confirms who is participating in the program, who is accompanying, the accommodation arrangement, and the program and accommodation costs for each person. Accompanying family does not automatically mean every family member participates in the healthspan program.

Is SENSES a mental health or addiction treatment program?

SENSES focuses on healthspan. If mental health treatment, addiction treatment, medical stabilization, or acute medical care is the priority, the first conversation should identify the appropriate care pathway.

Are all assessments included for everyone?

No. Medical history, your questions, and clinical judgment determine the assessments and consultations selected. Your proposal explains the scope and any external services or additional costs.

Can my insurance pay for the program?

Programs are generally self-pay, and we do not work directly with insurers. You pay first. We can provide relevant documentation for you to request reimbursement afterward, but we cannot guarantee that your insurer will reimburse you or how much it will pay.

What do I leave with?

A written, prioritized healthspan plan, practical routines, relevant referrals, and agreed responsibilities and review points. Any follow-up is arranged individually and can connect with your existing physicians with your authorization.
