After sustained pressure, time away can provide an opportunity to consider your health and the routines supporting it. SENSES brings individual assessment, interpretation and practical planning together in a private one- or two-week healthspan stay in Mallorca or Zurich.
This focus is for medically stable people seeking restoration and a clearer plan. It is not a substitute for psychiatric treatment, addiction treatment, medical stabilization or crisis support.
Start with what has changed in your life
A demanding period may prompt questions about your sleep, energy, attention, eating patterns or capacity for regular movement. Describe those concerns in your own words, including their duration and effect on daily life. The initial conversation is not a test of how resilient you are.
Persistent exhaustion should not simply be labeled as stress without appropriate assessment. Tell the team about existing diagnoses, medicines, previous results and any ongoing care. This helps distinguish the questions a healthspan stay can explore from needs requiring another pathway.
Consider the findings together
Your selected assessments may consider relevant medical history, sleep and recovery, nutrition, physical capacity and the pressures affecting your routines. The specific professionals and investigations follow your individual review; there is no universal stress-test panel.
Interpretation should explain what is known, what remains uncertain and which next steps have a clinical purpose. A report alone is not the endpoint. Read about the SENSES assessment process and bring the questions you want it to address.
Make room for recovery without another overloaded schedule
Your daily plan balances agreed appointments with time to rest and put relevant recommendations into practice. Meals, movement and restorative activities are arranged around the individual program rather than presented as a fixed cure for stress.
A useful discussion might consider which commitments can change, which cannot, and how a small number of priorities could be protected when you return. An illustrative plan could distinguish a normal workday, an unusually demanding day and a day reserved for recovery. These are planning examples, not guaranteed program sessions.
Where relevant, the same program can include a sleep and recovery focus or executive-health planning. You do not need to book separate packages for connected concerns.
When a healthspan stay is not the appropriate starting point
If depression, significant anxiety, addiction or another mental health condition is the main treatment need, admissions should identify an appropriate clinical pathway. SENSES does not present its stress focus as residential treatment for those conditions.
People needing urgent medical or mental health care should use local emergency or crisis services rather than wait for a program inquiry. For non-urgent treatment questions, the shared admissions team can explain the distinction between SENSES and the treatment services within THE BALANCE GROUP.
Take home priorities that account for real responsibilities
The one-week format centers on assessment and agreed priorities; two weeks adds time for implementation and refinement. Program duration does not establish how quickly an individual will recover.
Your written plan should identify practical priorities, any clinical referrals, who is responsible for outstanding results and when further review is appropriate. Follow-up services and communication with existing clinicians are agreed individually, with your authorization.
Discuss the setting through Mallorca or Zurich, and confirm the scope on Fees & Admissions.
Questions before you book
Is this a burnout treatment clinic?
This page describes a healthspan focus for medically stable people. Where a mental health treatment program is needed, a different pathway should be considered.
Do I have to stop working completely?
Explain any commitments you intend to retain. The team can discuss how they fit with your proposed appointments and restorative time; suitability and scheduling are agreed individually.
Is there a fixed daily timetable?
No. The program is personalized. Any example schedule is illustrative, and your proposal confirms the planned services.
