Two people, two sets of health priorities
One person may want to review prevention priorities while the other wishes to focus on sleep, nutrition or recovery after a demanding period. Each participant has a separate suitability review, selected assessments, private consultations and a written plan. Neither partner needs to book the same investigations or follow an identical schedule.
Share existing results, medicines, relevant diagnoses and the questions you want answered before arrival. Your proposal identifies the professionals involved, appointment locations, included services and anything arranged externally. A program title does not automatically include specialist tests or treatments.
Explore executive health, sleep and recovery, stress and restoration, or nutrition and metabolic health. These are possible priorities within individual programs, not compulsory packages.
One week or two?
The one-week format focuses on assessment, interpretation and priorities. The two-week format allows more time to practice and refine agreed routines. Each person’s written plan should clarify recommendations, outstanding results, referrals and follow-up responsibilities.
Fees for two participating adults
A partner who accompanies you without participating is not the same as a second program participant; admissions confirms their arrangements and any fees. Accompanying children can stay in the private villa at no additional charge. Childcare or a separate health program is not automatically included.
Your written proposal confirms the duration, accommodation, services, participant arrangements and total fees. Review Fees & Admissions before making travel commitments.
Your health information remains yours
Sharing a residence does not mean sharing results, consultations or medical records. Each person decides whether information may be shared with their partner or existing clinicians. Explain any preferences for private appointments during the initial discussion.
Plan a stay that suits both of you
Tell admissions your preferred dates, location, who will participate and each person’s main priorities. SENSES is intended for medically stable people. Urgent needs, primary psychiatric or addiction treatment, and relationship therapy require an appropriate separate pathway.
Before confirming, check clinical and coordination responsibilities, the selected services and follow-up arrangements. For more detail, read how individual plans work when you attend together.
