Assessment
Individually selected

Make time for your health in a private Mallorca residence reserved for you and your chosen companions. SENSES connects individually selected assessment with interpretation, restorative time and a practical plan for home, over one or two weeks.

Rather than a shared wellness-hotel schedule, your program, appointments and daily support are arranged around your priorities. The specific villa, services and clinical arrangements are confirmed before arrival.

A residence reserved for your stay

SENSES follows a private, one-client approach. Your residence is reserved for you and the people you choose to bring, rather than shared with unrelated program guests. Individual consultations remain private even when companions participate in their own programs.

The Mallorca setting offers time near the Mediterranean alongside your agreed appointments, meals, movement and rest. The residence, rooms, accessibility requirements and daily arrangements are confirmed in the proposal. Website imagery is illustrative and should not be treated as confirmation of a particular villa.

Healthspan, not simply time away

A SENSES healthspan program begins with your history, previous results and the questions you want answered. The purpose is to understand relevant findings and identify useful next steps, not to promise a particular biological-age result or disease prevention outcome.

Your focus can include executive health, sleep and recovery, stress and restoration, or nutrition and metabolic health, within the agreed individual scope. These are connected priorities within one program rather than compulsory packages.

One week focuses on assessment, interpretation and priorities. Two weeks provides more time to practice and refine routines. Compare the one-week and two-week formats.

Confirm where and how appointments take place

The location of each consultation or investigation depends on the professional and service selected for your program. Do not assume that every assessment occurs in the villa or that the same investigations are available in Mallorca and Zurich.

Before travel, clarify appointment locations, any transport between them, the professionals involved, the time allowed for interpretation and responsibility for results received after departure. External investigations and specialist services should be identified separately where relevant. The assessment page explains how clinical questions guide selection.

A yacht-based program may be arranged

Mallorca also offers the possibility of a yacht-based SENSES stay, subject to suitability and availability. It is an individually considered arrangement, not the default accommodation or a guarantee that all clinical services can take place onboard.

Your proposal confirms the vessel, cabins, itinerary, program delivery, any required onshore appointments and additional costs. Discuss mobility, comfort on the water and practical requirements before choosing this option. A private villa remains an alternative when it better fits the program.

Come alone or with people you choose

A partner, friend or family member may accompany you, and participating guests have individual assessments and plans. Accompanying children can stay in the private villa at no additional charge, with family accommodation confirmed before arrival. They attend as guests; any separate health program or childcare arrangement is agreed individually.

The proposal distinguishes program participants from companions and confirms rooms, shared activities and fees. Medical information is not shared with companions without your authorization. See how a shared private stay works.

Before you book travel

Contact admissions with your priorities, preferred dates and traveling party. Confirm suitability, the residence, required services, local appointment logistics and inclusions before committing to travel arrangements.

Review current fees and admissions. Your written proposal is the reference for the agreed program and additional costs. If you are still choosing a setting, explore the SENSES program in Zurich; the decision should account for the services you need, not scenery alone.

Before confirming your Mallorca residence or yacht

Request the proposed property or vessel details and current photographs, then check the arrangements against your program rather than choosing by imagery alone. Confirm arrival transfers, appointment locations, travel between services, meals, accessibility and the scope of daily support.

A yacht-based option needs additional agreement about the vessel, itinerary, weather-related changes, safe access, connectivity and any required onshore appointments. It should not be assumed to include the same facilities, clinical logistics or price as a villa stay.

Confirm the total fees and any externally provided services before making nonrefundable travel arrangements. A coastal concept image is not a booking confirmation. Compare Zurich using the same practical questions, or discuss a shared private stay.
