Assessment
Individually selected

Make room to understand your health without separating it from the life you lead. SENSES offers a private one- or two-week healthspan program in Mallorca or Zurich, with individually selected assessment, time to discuss findings and practical planning around work, travel and recovery.

Executive health is a focus within your personalized SENSES program, not a fixed test package or a promise of higher performance. Your history and priorities determine the agreed scope.

What would you like the time away to clarify?

You may have results from several appointments but no clear overview, a schedule that repeatedly disrupts your routines, or a wish to review prevention priorities before they are crowded out again. Start with the questions you want answered rather than a list of tests to purchase.

Bring the constraints as well as the goals: time zones, late meetings, frequent flights, family commitments and the amount of uninterrupted time you can realistically protect. The program is designed for medically stable people. A new or worsening symptom should receive appropriate medical attention rather than wait for a planned stay.

More than a brief executive health check

The pre-arrival review brings together your medical history, medicines, previous investigations and current concerns. Individual consultations help decide which assessments are relevant. Medical and cardiovascular health, sleep, nutrition, movement, concentration and stress can be considered within the agreed scope.

The residential format provides time not only for appointments but also for interpretation and planning. It does not mean every investigation is included or that SENSES replaces your existing doctors. The proposal identifies selected professionals, external services and any separate charges. See how your health assessment is planned.

A plan that accounts for meetings, travel and home

A useful program considers what will happen when your usual responsibilities return. Discussions can connect agreed sleep, meal, movement and recovery priorities with the practical choices available to you. A plan for a travel day may need to look different from a plan for a week at home.

An illustrative planning exercise is to identify one routine worth protecting, the situations that usually disrupt it, a workable alternative for those situations and a review point. This is an example of a planning method, not a guaranteed session or a patient result.

Related priorities may be explored through our sleep and recovery focus or stress and recovery focus. These remain parts of one individual program.

Choose the duration around the work to be done

The one-week format concentrates on assessment, interpretation and priorities. The two-week format adds time to practice and refine routines with the agreed support. Neither duration guarantees a particular change in energy, concentration or health markers.

Before booking, explain which working commitments you intend to retain. Admissions can discuss how these fit around appointments and rest; uninterrupted business availability should not be assumed.

Your residence, information and follow-through

Your residence is reserved for you and your chosen companions. Consultations and plans are individual, including when another guest participates in their own program. Sharing accommodation does not mean sharing medical information.

The written plan brings together priorities, relevant referrals and agreed review responsibilities. With your authorization, coordination can connect the findings with your existing clinicians. Confirm who will handle any results that arrive after departure and which further services require a separate agreement.

Start with a confidential suitability discussion

Tell admissions your main questions, available dates, preferred location and who may accompany you. Compare Mallorca and Zurich, then review the proposed professionals, timetable and inclusions.

Current program fees and companion arrangements are set out on Fees & Admissions. If psychiatric or addiction treatment is your primary need, the first conversation should identify a suitable treatment pathway rather than an executive healthspan stay.

Executive screening, residential support and cognitive priorities

An outpatient executive health check and a residential executive program answer different practical needs. A brief check may focus on assessment and reporting; a residential stay can add time to discuss findings and work on agreed routines. The actual consultations and support must be specified in your proposal.

When concentration or mental clarity is a concern, describe what has changed, when it occurs and how sleep, travel, medicines and pressure fit into the picture. Mention existing assessments and treatment. A cognitive-performance label does not establish a specialist neuropsychology service or guarantee improved memory.

Ask which questions can be addressed during the stay and which require referral. Urgent or concerning changes should not wait for a retreat booking. The cognition guides help prepare questions; the assessment page explains how the scope is selected.
