The focus

What is the focus of your stay?

The one-week format focuses on the questions identified in your pre-arrival review and medical intake. Assessments and consultations are selected for their relevance to those questions.

Findings are considered together, with time to discuss what they mean and how they affect your next decisions. The aim is a prioritized plan you can take forward with clarity.

What the week supports

Assessment with a purpose.

01

Review

Connect your existing information, health history, goals, and current questions.

02

Interpretation

Understand findings in context and agree which priorities deserve attention.

03

Next steps

Leave with written priorities, practical recommendations, referrals, and review points.

Choosing your format

Would more time
be useful?

If your priorities would benefit from supported implementation and refinement of daily routines, the two-week format may be worth discussing. The recommendation follows your needs and the agreed scope.

Explore the two-week format
Individually or together

A personal program.
A stay you can share.

This format is dedicated to one client at a time, with a private residence and a program shaped around you. You may choose to bring a partner, friend, or family. Each person participating has an individual suitability review and plan; companion arrangements are agreed before arrival.

Plan your stay

An illustrative seven-day journey

Planning example, not a fixed timetable. The sequence depends on your agreed appointments, travel, relevant findings and professional availability.

  1. Before arrival: share relevant records, medication information and priorities through the agreed process; confirm the residence and included appointments.
  2. Days 1–2: settle in and discuss the history and assessments selected for you. Not every result will be available immediately.
  3. Days 3–5: review available findings and explore practical priorities for sleep, food, movement or recovery where agreed.
  4. Days 6–7: consolidate your written priorities, identify outstanding results and clarify referrals and responsibility after departure.

The value of the week is a clearer understanding and plan, not completing the maximum number of tests. A sample sequence does not guarantee specific investigations, session counts or outcomes. Compare the two-week format when more supported practice would be useful, and see what the written plan should record.
