What is a healthspan program?
A healthspan program focuses on your health and capacity in everyday life: what needs attention now, which risks deserve review and which habits could be more supportive. SENSES connects medical assessment with practical recommendations you can use after your stay.
Your program starts with your medical history, existing results and the questions you want answered. Assessments are chosen for a clinical purpose, and the team explains the findings in the context of your life.

What is included in your plan?
Medical review & assessment
Pre-arrival review, a private medical intake, agreed diagnostics and specialist consultations. The specific assessments are listed in your proposal.
Interpretation & coordination
Time to understand the findings, agree on priorities and coordinate the appointments in your program.
Residence & daily support
A private residence, a personal chef and agreed support for sleep, nutrition, movement and recovery. Companion arrangements are quoted separately.
Your plan for home
Written priorities, practical routines, relevant referrals and agreed follow-up responsibilities. Additional follow-up services are confirmed individually.
One client at a time.
A plan that is yours.
Your history, priorities, and preferences guide the program. Consultations are one-to-one, assessments are individually selected, and the daily schedule balances appointments with time to rest and put recommendations into practice. You can come on your own or choose to bring a partner, friend, or family. Each person participating has a separate assessment and plan; health information remains private unless you authorize sharing.
The written proposal sets out the program for each participating guest, the accommodation arrangement, included services, any external services, and additional costs. Companions and shared activities are planned around the individual programs.
Is SENSES right for you?
SENSES is designed for medically stable people seeking preventive health assessment, restoration or support for sustainable performance. You do not need a particular diagnosis to discuss your goals.
If your main need is psychiatric or addiction treatment, a healthspan stay is not the appropriate substitute. Admissions can explain the treatment programs within the wider group and the information needed to identify a suitable pathway.
