Where will you stay?
Your residence is reserved for you and the people you choose to bring. Appointments, meals, movement, and rest are organized around your individual program. When you come together, each participating person follows a personal plan, with space for shared time and private appointments.
Your residential options include a private villa and, in Mallorca, the possibility of a yacht-based program. A yacht stay is considered around your program requirements and availability. The yacht, itinerary, any required onshore appointments, and additional costs are agreed in your proposal.
The location, villa or yacht, rooms or cabins, support, and selected services are confirmed before arrival. Imagery is illustrative; your admissions proposal identifies the setting and arrangements for your stay.
Who would you like to come with?
On your own
Time and privacy to focus on your health, with a program and daily rhythm shaped around you.
As a couple
A shared stay with separate assessments and plans, private consultations, and time together around your appointments.
With a friend
Come together while pursuing your own goals. Shared activities and personal space are agreed in advance.
With family
Discuss who would like to participate and who will accompany them. Admissions confirms suitability, rooms, schedules, and arrangements for accompanying family members.
How does a shared stay work?
Joining the same stay does not mean receiving the same program. Each participating person has an individual assessment and plan. You decide whether and how your health information is shared.
Tell admissions who is coming, who would like a program, and your room preferences. The written proposal confirms the arrangements and fees for each participant and companion.
Mallorca or Zurich.
Mallorca, Spain
Choose a private villa or discuss the possibility of a yacht-based program, with time close to the Mediterranean sea. The setting, clinical appointments, and practical arrangements are confirmed individually.
Zurich, Switzerland
A private villa stay in a lakeside region with access to nature and space to pause. The residence, specialist appointments, and selected external services follow your agreed program.
A place that fits
Location follows your needs, travel circumstances, availability, and the services agreed in your proposal.
What can a day involve?
Assessment and interpretation
Selected appointments with time to understand findings and ask questions.
Nutrition and movement
Chef-prepared meals and practical routines shaped around the agreed program.

Rest and recovery
Space between sessions, with selected restorative activities when appropriate.
Preparation for home
Time to consider how the recommendations fit your work, travel, relationships, and existing care.
