What is the focus of your stay?
The one-week format focuses on the questions identified in your pre-arrival review and medical intake. Assessments and consultations are selected for their relevance to those questions.
Findings are considered together, with time to discuss what they mean and how they affect your next decisions. The aim is a prioritized plan you can take forward with clarity.
Assessment with a purpose.
Review
Connect your existing information, health history, goals, and current questions.
Interpretation
Understand findings in context and agree which priorities deserve attention.
Next steps
Leave with written priorities, practical recommendations, referrals, and review points.
Would more time
be useful?
If your priorities would benefit from supported implementation and refinement of daily routines, the two-week format may be worth discussing. The recommendation follows your needs and the agreed scope.
