SENSES offers private healthspan programmes that connect medical assessment with practical planning for everyday life. One- and two-week stays in Mallorca or Zurich provide time to understand your health priorities, discuss relevant findings, and develop a plan for what comes next.
A clearer understanding of your health
Your starting point may be a particular question, a period of sustained pressure, or a wish to review how your daily routines support your health. SENSES begins with your history, existing information, and priorities. Assessments are selected for a purpose, and the professionals involved explain findings in context.
The aim is to leave with useful priorities and clear next steps. A test result is one part of that discussion; what it means for you, what remains uncertain, and who should follow up are equally important. Explore how health assessment is planned.
One client at a time
The programme is planned around you, with one-to-one consultations and a private residence. You can attend alone or bring chosen companions. If a companion participates in a programme, they have their own assessment and plan. Sharing a stay does not mean sharing health information without your authorisation.
Your written proposal confirms the accommodation, programme scope, participating professionals, and arrangements for companions. See Your Stay for the residential approach.
One week or two weeks
The one-week format focuses on assessment, interpretation, and agreed priorities. The two-week format adds time to practise and refine routines with support. The choice depends on the questions you bring and the scope agreed after your initial review.
Time is balanced between appointments, practical activities, and rest. Neither duration promises a specific clinical result or replaces ongoing care. Compare the one-week and two-week formats.
Mallorca and Zurich
SENSES offers programmes in Mallorca and Zurich. Location and accommodation should support your individual plan, including the appointments and practical arrangements it requires. In Mallorca, a private villa or a yacht arrangement may be discussed; the proposal must confirm what can be delivered in the chosen setting.
Admissions can explain availability and the information needed to plan a stay. Specific investigations, external appointments, companion arrangements, and additional costs are confirmed individually.
Part of THE BALANCE GROUP
SENSES is part of THE BALANCE GROUP. Its focus is healthspan: preventive health assessment, restoration, and practical support for sustainable everyday capacity. The group also includes programmes with different treatment purposes.
If psychiatric treatment, addiction treatment, medical stabilisation, or acute care is the priority, a healthspan stay is not a substitute. The initial conversation should identify a suitable pathway. SENSES’ Medical Team & Care Coordination page explains how responsibilities are confirmed for each programme.
What you take home
Your plan connects the relevant findings with practical priorities, referrals where appropriate, and agreed review points. With your authorisation, continuity can involve your existing doctors. Additional follow-up services are confirmed individually rather than assumed to be part of the residential stay.
To begin, share the questions you want answered, your preferred dates, and who may accompany you. Fees & Admissions explains the next steps. You can also explore our Insights & Guides before making contact.
