Your children are welcome.
Make time for your health without leaving your family behind. Children can accompany you in your private villa at no additional charge. Family accommodation arrangements are confirmed before arrival. Children accompany you as guests. Any separate health program or childcare arrangements are agreed individually before arrival.
Where will you stay?
Your residence is reserved for you and the people you choose to bring. Appointments, meals, movement, and rest are organized around your individual program. When you come together, each participating person follows a personal plan, with space for shared time and private appointments.
Your residential options include a private villa and, in Mallorca, the possibility of a yacht-based program. A yacht stay is considered around your program requirements and availability. The yacht, itinerary, any required onshore appointments, and additional costs are agreed in your proposal.
The location, villa or yacht, rooms or cabins, support, and selected services are confirmed before arrival. Imagery is illustrative; your admissions proposal identifies the setting and arrangements for your stay.
Who would you like to come with?
On your own
Time and privacy to focus on your health, with a program and daily rhythm shaped around you.
As a couple
A shared stay with separate assessments and plans, private consultations, and time together around your appointments.
With a friend
Come together while pursuing your own goals. Shared activities and personal space are agreed in advance.
With family
Discuss who would like to participate and who will accompany them. Admissions confirms suitability, rooms, schedules, and arrangements for accompanying family members.
How does a shared stay work?
Joining the same stay does not mean receiving the same program. Each participating person has an individual assessment and plan. You decide whether and how your health information is shared.
Tell admissions who is coming, who would like a program, and your room preferences. The written proposal confirms the arrangements and fees for each participant and companion.
Mallorca or Zurich.
Mallorca, Spain
Choose a private villa or discuss the possibility of a yacht-based program, with time close to the Mediterranean sea. The setting, clinical appointments, and practical arrangements are confirmed individually.
Zurich, Switzerland
A private villa stay in a lakeside region with access to nature and space to pause. The residence, specialist appointments, and selected external services follow your agreed program.
A place that fits
Location follows your needs, travel circumstances, availability, and the services agreed in your proposal.
What can a day involve?
Assessment and interpretation
Selected appointments with time to understand findings and ask questions.
Nutrition and movement
Chef-prepared meals and practical routines shaped around the agreed program.

Rest and recovery
Space between sessions, with selected restorative activities when appropriate.
Preparation for home
Time to consider how the recommendations fit your work, travel, relationships, and existing care.

What is confirmed before arrival?
The admissions team explains the information needed for the initial review, the proposed format, available dates, and the practical arrangements. Your written proposal confirms the scope, fees, and any additional costs.
How admission works →Explore the details of each location
Location should follow the program you need, the services available and your practical preferences. Our dedicated pages distinguish the private Mallorca program and conditional yacht option from the private Zurich program and its appointment arrangements.
Confirm the specific residence, professionals, appointment locations and additional costs before booking travel. Neither the same assessments in both locations nor a particular residence should be assumed from the overall SENSES description.
Your residence and daily support: what to confirm
Make the private-stay arrangements specific before committing to travel. Request the actual proposed residence, current photographs, room and bathroom configuration, access information and the facilities included in your booking.
Discuss stairs and step-free access, distances to appointments, meal arrangements, dietary needs, work space, connectivity and who to contact outside scheduled sessions. A private villa does not by itself guarantee a pool, gym, continuous clinical staffing or identical facilities in every property.
Distinguish an accompanying guest from someone taking part in the program. Confirm each participant’s private appointments, records and fees. For families, confirm childcare and any separately arranged services rather than treating accommodation arrangements as a children’s health program.
Scientific illustrations and location concepts on the website are not photographs of your confirmed accommodation. The individual proposal should identify the real setting and practical arrangements. Explore shared stays and fees and admissions.
