What is the focus of your stay?
The two-week format adds time to work with the priorities identified in your assessments. Relevant changes in sleep, nutrition, movement, and recovery can be put into practice with support.
The team helps you consider what is workable, where refinement is needed, and how the recommendations can continue within your usual life.
Time to implement and refine.
Practice
Build selected routines into daily life during the stay.
Refinement
Review how the plan fits your needs and adjust the practical details.
Continuity
Prepare a written plan with referrals, follow-up responsibilities, and review points.
Selected for you.
Agreed in advance.
The precise schedule, selected professionals, assessments, and restorative sessions are confirmed in the proposal. The program should remain realistic, proportionate, and connected to your goals.

A stay you can share.
This format is dedicated to one client at a time, with a private residence and a program shaped around you. You may choose to bring a partner, friend, or family. Each person participating has an individual suitability review and plan; companion arrangements are agreed before arrival.
Plan your stay →What the second week adds: an illustrative sequence
This is a planning example, not a guaranteed schedule. Two weeks should add useful practice and refinement, rather than simply repeat the first week or promise twice as many tests.
- Week one: review history, complete agreed assessments, discuss available findings and choose a manageable set of priorities.
- Days 8–10: try the agreed routines with the support specified in your proposal. Explore what fits around your meals, sleep, work and recovery.
- Days 11–12: discuss practical obstacles and adjust the approach with the relevant professional. Repeat testing occurs only when appropriate and agreed, not automatically.
- Days 13–14: prepare the home version of the plan, outstanding-results arrangements and any onward referrals or reviews.
Additional days do not guarantee symptom resolution, a biomarker change or a particular fitness result. Confirm which consultations and follow-up are included. Compare one week and the written-plan example.
